Every year, AAHPA members come together for our annual conference. Anyone who has been to a conference will attest - it's good people, talking about important and good work. You will learn more than enough to cover the cost of attending through increased savings, efficiency, professional networks and grant opportunities throughout the rest of the year.
Our corporate members rotate the responsibility for hosting the conference. Past conference presentations (including the 2020 virtual conference), and all AAHPA awards are available to peruse at any time.

Award Nominations
Awards available for nominations include: Harbormaster of the Year, Employee of the Year awards (which give our Corporate members an opportunity to celebrate outstanding accomplishments of their staff over the prior year), Golden Anchor (outstanding support from a Sustaining Member).

AAHPA Scholarship Sponsor Opportunities
Please note, this is a different sponsorship from the main conference sponsorships! If you would like to sponsor the AAHPA Fall Conference, please contact the local host. This sponsorship supports our annual student scholarship program.
Every year we hold a raffle during the banquet at the conference, which benefits our high school scholarship program. However, to give our Sustaining Members an opportunity to be recognized as sponsors of our maritime scholarship program, the AAHPA also offers direct sponsorships at three different levels:
Silver: $100
Bronze: $500
Gold: $1,000
Sponsors will receive recognition in all scholarship announcements, advertisements, and awards.
